We are now seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our digital retail ecosystem across all direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace platforms.
Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end e-commerce operations and growth strategy for Narins Beauty. From website performance and conversion optimization to logistics coordination, CRM, and paid performance integration, you will ensure every part of the digital customer journey delivers a seamless, data-driven, and brand-aligned experience.
This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, operational precision, and commercial insight. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and creative teams, ensuring our Shopify store, fulfillment processes, and digital campaigns perform to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify store and ensure smooth order flow from checkout to delivery.
- Manage product uploads, inventory synchronization, pricing, and site merchandising.
- Monitor logistics and fulfillment with 3PL partners across GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon, etc.) ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction are met.
- Liaise with the CS and logistics teams to proactively address delivery issues, returns, and customer feedback.
Campaign Planning & Trading Calendar
- Build and manage an annual E-commerce Trading Calendar in coordination with marketing and operations teams.
- Plan and execute key commercial moments including holidays, national days, etc.
- Align promotional mechanics, inventory planning, and digital assets in advance for each event.
- Coordinate with performance and CRM teams to ensure campaigns are live across paid, email, SMS, and onsite banners.
- Post-event: analyze performance, ROI, and learnings to refine future campaigns.
Performance & Conversion Optimization
- Track and optimize key KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, retention, and checkout abandonment.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify UX/UI improvements that enhance conversion and retention.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure campaigns are optimized for ROAS and DTC growth.
- Develop A/B tests and implement CRO best practices to improve site performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance dashboards summarizing key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Use Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Brandwatch listening tool and CRM dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
- Forecast sales and stock levels based on data-driven insights to support operations and finance planning.
CRM, Retargeting & Customer Journey
- Coordinate with CRM partners on automated journeys (welcome flow, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.).
- Lead retention and re-engagement campaigns via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, in line with brand tone and audience segmentation.
- Ensure all communication touchpoints align with Narins Beauty’s visual and verbal identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Creative teams to align product launches, inventory, and promotional strategies.
- Support marketing with insights to optimize content for performance and conversion.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain partners to improve delivery times and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in E-commerce Management or Digital Operations, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Proven track record of growing DTC or Shopify-based brands in the GCC region.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Experience managing logistics partners (3PLs) and understanding of DDP/DDU delivery models.
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels, CRO, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into strategic action.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
