We aim to display products and colors as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee exact matches due to device differences.

Due to hygiene regulations, all used beauty and cosmetic products are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.

4. DELIVERY, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping timelines are provided as a guide and may vary.
International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or missing items must be reported immediately to Bunny@narinsbeauty.com with photo proof.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days (excluding shipping fees and duties).

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch under certain conditions. Please contact us at Bunny@narinsbeauty.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
