  3. Head to My Shopping Bag in the top-right corner.
  4. Click Checkout Securely.
  5. Pop in your shipping address and payment details, then confirm your order.

You’ll get a confirmation email straight to your inbox!

You can track your order anytime under My Orders in your account.

Once it’s shipped, we’ll send you an email with all your tracking details so you can follow your beauty treats right to your doorstep.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Check the country selector at checkout — if your country is there, we’ll get your goodies to you.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For international destinations, some orders may be subject to duties and customs upon delivery imposed by the country authorities

Don’t panic — sometimes packages play hide and seek. 

Check your tracking link for proof of delivery — it may have been left with a neighbor, reception, or a safe place. Give it 24 hours (sometimes couriers mark “delivered” a little early) and then reach out to us at bunny@narinsbeauty.com‎ if it’s still missing.

We’d love to deliver your order free of extra charges, but sometimes your country’s customs office has other plans. 

Any duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. For international orders, extra shipping charges may also apply.

If customs or import duties are charged when your order arrives in your country, these will need to be paid by the recipient before delivery.

Once your package is with our courier partner, they’ll confirm your delivery date. Need to change it? Reach out to them directly, they’ll help arrange a new time.

Not always, but someone should be there to receive your beauty haul, just to make sure it lands safely in your hands.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love every beauty treat you order, but if something’s not quite right, unopened and unused products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving them. Just contact us with your order number and we’ll help you sort it out. 

Oh no — we never want that to happen! If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, let us know within 3 days of delivery. Send us your order number and a few photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on products that have been opened or used — thank you for understanding.

Absolutely! Every single product is 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

Yes! Our formulas are designed for all skin types, including sensitive. That said, we always recommend a quick patch test — your skin knows best.

MY ACCOUNT

Easy! Click the little account icon in the top right, select Register, pop in your details — and you’re in.

Head to My Account and choose My Profile (for personal info) or My Addresses (for shipping details).

In My Addresses, edit the one you want and tick Set as default address

Go to My Orders under My Account and you will be able to review all your previous orders. 

No hard feelings (we’ll miss you 😢). Just update your preferences in My Profile.
